I’m thisclose to finishing the first draft. It’ll turn out to be about the same size as book 1 (roughly 160,000 words). Just two more chapters to go.

I was honored to be interviewed by the guys of Keystroke Medium, Josh Hayes and Scott Moon, for their weekly podcast. Here’s the link.
Opening day for the Reds (the world’s oldest baseball team)! Still a great day, even if they lost. Wait. What’s that you say? They lost 1-0. Aw $@#%!!!
Hi OutCastes! Once again, it’s time for my semi-monthly update on what’s going on in my world. Exciting, right? WHAT’S NEW IN MY WORLD? I don’t have any new books coming out, but November will hopefully be a different story. That’s when William Wilde and the Sons of Deceit, book four of The Chronicles of…
I’ve leveled an entire city. I’ve destroyed a close-knit families, and I’ve even killed a character who I loved. She spoke to me once and said, “I don’t like him (Rukh).” She changed the entire trajectory of The Castes and the OutCastes and became a far more important character than I intended. But nothing has…
The ebook version has been out for about 2 months, and I’ve finally got all the kinks worked out for the paperback version. Here it is in all it’s glory.
It’s been a minute, and in that time, I’ve completely forgotten to post anything about what’s been happening in my life. The most important is that my health is better. I had an incredibly rough March and April, and it turned out to be due to an allergic reaction to Naproxen. Go figure. Anyway, I…

Davis,
Way to go! I’m sure it will be a raving success. Can’t wait to read it when it comes out.

I loved the first book and am having a hard time waiting.
The first book is one of my favorite, have read it twice and will read it a third time before reading the second book.
I loved the character development.
Hi Warren,
First of all, I’m sorry I didn’t respond sooner to your post. Thanksgiving got in the way (and lack of reliable internet access). Second, thank you so much for the kind words! For me, it always puts a smile on my face and bounce in my keyboard when I learn how much people enjoy what I’ve written. And of course, I sure hope volume 2 is worth the wait. I’m doing my best to make it so. In the meantime, there is Stories from Arisa, a short story collection you might like. It contains the prologue and chapter 1 of A Warrior’s Knowledge. Many of the characters from A Warrior’s Path make an appearance as well.
Finally, if you don’t mind, I would greatly appreciate it if you could leave a review on Amazon (or wherever you purchased the novel) and Goodreads. Getting the word out that my books even exist is the hardest part of what I do and reviews are so important for that.
